I’ve received several comments and requests about the free grant money from the government that Kevin Trudeau talks about in his Debt Cures infomercial.
Here are three sites to get you started and give you more information about getting government grants.

http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt134.shtm - This is the FTC’s site on “free grant money” offers and potential scams. It offers tips on what to watch out for when looking for grant information.

I went to http://www.grants.gov - I didn’t see anything that as a single person that I could apply for to get help paying my rent or bills and credit card debt.
adam please contact me about the gov. grants, i spent hours and hours trying to get one for debt relief on the fed. and state levels. they do not exist at all. kt is uplaying grants for debt, i think.
I thought, let me try individuals grants, there was only 2 options, which ask specifically for people with a high degree close to a small business or ready to file for some type of non-profit organization or faith-based organization, which means that we need to spend more money to create a business that complies with the grant requirements. This is not for everyone in this country, therefore KT continue to be rich and we continue to be screwed!

There are no government grants to pay off your debts, folks. You must apply for a grant for another purpose (i.e. starting a business) and then divert some of the funds for personal use. It is misleading, but with the know how it can be done.

Please share some specific websites with us that might lead us to the right credit card and auto loan sites, please. Is http://www.credit.com, http://www.usacarcash.com, and http://www.zoomcredit.com familiar? The car cash site says first time buyers are welcome, and I happen to be 40 and never financed a car, since there was always an extra car available in the family.

Thank you for your comment. I have heard of credit.com and zoomcredit.com. I am not familiar with usacarcash.com. You can get a auto loan quote from zoomcredit.com to get you started.
As far as credit cards, there is a banner link on the top right of this page for Pulaski Bank which offers low interest credit cards.

I continue to get emails that tell me i could have 25,000 to 100,000 in as little as 48 hours for emergency grant money for cars, house and credit card debt just click on website. it takes me to a credit counseling area and I must get 5 to 6 of them daily. Is there a way for me to get a grant being a female over 40 and would love to open a business or just get a grant . I heard it is hard to get grants unless you have a grant writer and you cross all of your t’s and dots your i’s can anyone give me advise???

hi I ordered the book the other day and now there is a charge for $88.00 on my card I only ordered 1 book and absolutely refused every thing else they tried to sell me now the back tells me I have to wait for the charge to go through not just be pending to do anything about it..
I am a 62-year old woman with a full-time job and need money to improve the condition of my humble, paid-for home. Problem: You have to literally live under a bridge in order to get grant money. It isn’t my fault that I have worked all my life, make a moderate income, and can’t afford to buy another home. It seems that money is available for the younger people who live off of the system, and make less than $12,000/yearly. Need help in finding a government grant geared for senior citizens. I am so glad I took the time to read everyone’s comments before purchasing Kevin Trudeau’s books. I am a single mom in the process of hopefully purchasing a home if everything goes right. I agree with a lot of the comments here there is no help for anyone that is trying to make it on there own and is not depended on the system. It seems that you get penalized for trying to make it on your own. If you do not work and depend on the system there is all kinds of government help out there for you. If you are someone like me that does not depend on anyone and is solely supporting a family, just finished putting oneself through school so you can make a better life for yourself and your children there just is no help out there for someone like us. I just went and applied with a government program to see if I qualified for down payment assistance for 1st time home buyers and I was told that the government does not have any available funds for someone in my income bracket but there is help for someone that is on section 8 and so far. I just can not win here if I am having problems trying to get a home on my income how is someone going to be able to afford a home living off the system? Am I work in thinking this way?

This guy is good.He has made a killing by selling his crap sometimes outdated.I consider myself somewhat of an expert (not bragging)because I have been interested in mail order and intrigued by making a buck since I was about 14,I am now 52..I have seen and read just about every way you can think of making a buck.A few good and a lot of them scams.Let me suggest if you are wanting to buy Trudeau free money book or any of his other books, buy them from Ebay or go to some great used booksites like alibris.com or abesbooks.com.You will pay a fraction of the cost so when you find out you spent a few bucks and instead of 29.95 you will not be as angry.Let me comment on Mr. Trudeau’s statement about getting free money for your bills,starting a business and others.Grants or
whatever he is calling them are attainable but not easy.a lot of non profits get grants everyday to better comunities and historical areas.Listen carefully there is no grant that will give you money to start a business.There may be one for starting a business to a non profit or you have to be some minority or percentage of your blood from some other origin but as far as the government giving you say $25,000 just because you applied it ain’t happening.As far as bills are concerned there are several you can read up on that may help out but you have to be near poverty or a few other exceptions.There was a company online that promised you could get a grant to start a business.All you had to send is $425.00.Well they ripped off a lot of people.The company was MGR.If you would like to see more go to ripoffreports.com and type in mgr in the search engine.While you are ther type in Kevin Trudeau.Do not order any grant books or send any money.Go to sites like grants.gov or others.I will say some of the grant books will explain the grants or loans in more plain english.I would like to challenge Mr Trudeau that if people are getting all this money I want to see them on Fox,Dateline Ophrah or some of those other shows.By the way I would be willing to bet that wonderful secret he talks about paying off your mortgage early is nothing more than adding a little more to the principal every month.Sorry that has been known for years.Sorry to be so long but I don’t want to see some family or single mom or dad get ripped off in this economy.
I woke up during the night to another infomercial by Kevin Trudeau. He was touting a new book, Free Money. He claims to be making no money from this book, that it is a public service and that he is a consumer advocate. I was horrifed. I bought his Natural Cures book because he said there was a cure for fibromyalgia in it. There was not. Now he is taking advantage of people’s fear of the ecomomy. Preying on people that are already having a hard time. Something has to be done to get this man off the air. I would like to know if I could do anything to help that cause. Please don’t tell me to send money.
I too bought that debt book, but I was already out of debt. The reason I bought it was because I heard that he mentioned something about getting a mortgage, a home. I wanted to find out all about it, but found nothing to help me. Also, I can’t remember if it was the same as the book about grants, but I bought that one also and searched and search and never found anything about any type of grant I could get. I looked at the web sites he suggested online and they had grants for government types of places, but I saw nothing for someone starting a small business or for a single woman. There was “nothing!” It was kind of frustrating because I really believed him, and I was tempted to get his newest book about “free money” that you can find that is yours, but I’m not going to bother with this one, unless someone writes in this blog or elsewhere that says that the book is legit and they found money because of it!
I bought Debt Cures book 2 years ago I have read it through twice and my daughter has read it through also.We have had no luck in finding a grant for help paying off debts like the book states it does.I am disabled and needed help which I have not been able to find.I paid 30.00 for this book and it talks mostly on credit card but not what to go into find a grant for help.If anyone has found this site please email it to me.Also I saw kevin on tv this morning talking about a way to get money by putting in your name and social security number in,havent found that either so if knows that site send it to me.And if any buys this book GOOD LUCK.
I seen this Infomercial many of times, i seen it ten mins ago and figured id check the internet if i could find this site where u type in your information and find free money that is yours. Ive been reading posts and he seems to be just riping people off, someone needs to stab this buy in his neck LOL…. to see him scam everyday people just trying to make a extra buck is just wrong… someone needs to report him to the Better Bis Bero or however u spell it. i actualy thought there was a site i actually could goto and type my credientials in and find free money haha im stupid nothing is for free in the united states!
i am a single father who gets his kids 50% of the time..50/50 custody ya know!!but yet i still pay child support..i work ,but have no time for a second job!!my paychecks in a 2 week time period doesnt even pay half my rent!!!i love my kids ,and when i get them i have no money to take then places or do fun things with them!!i was in a car accident 4 years ago and because of that ,i lost my job,and am still now 9,000 dollars in debt because of back child support!!i pay 20 dollars a week extra to go towards the whats on the arear’s ,but the intrest rate is higher than the 20 dollars extra i pay.so at the end of the year all my tax returns go towards back child support..wich is only about 1,000 dollars a year!!i figure when my kids are 18 and 19 years old i will have it paid off..lol..they are 8 and 9 years old now!!what the hell is wrong with this system??and why the hell are people like mr.kevin trudeau aloud to give us hope,so that we can just have that hope be crushed like a bug???

Who’s fault is it that you don’t have enough money to fix your house? Mine? Kevin Trudeau’s? You’re complaining about getting FREE GOVERNMENT grant money, but I bet you also complain about taxes and the socialist system. Typical republicans complain about other people getting help, but turn right around and try to milk the system just to fix up a house. Maybe the system is set up to actually help people who need it. You know our vets who are mentally unwell who literally live under a bridge, or the various children that are abandoned by people like Adam and don’t have food or a place to stay. I don’t mind having taxes taken out of my paycheck to support truly needy people, but I get pissed off when republican hypocrites come on here and want grant money to fix their kitchen while inaccurately complaining that social programs only support lazy bums.
For the record I grew up on welfare, was on the free lunch program at school, etc and now I make over $100K a year because I went to college, grad school (paid for with loans) and work hard everyday at a good job. And if you think welfare living is a golden ticket, let me tell you that it sucks! All it covers is a rundown, too small apartment in a crappy/dangerous neighborhood and barely enough food. I don’t mind paying into the system for people that are truly in need because I was helped by the system. I also volunteer and give to charity.

Grants aren’t meant to be for people like you and the other people on this website. Their meant to help truly needy people. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
FYI guys…there is a place to find lost $$ or property…Go to your state’s official website. they ask for your name NOT your social security # and if there’s anything coming to you like a utility deposit or a paycheck you forgot when you left a job (like anybody would forget that!) or even stock shares, it will list the item and claim info…you can also find out if you have an inheritance you were unaware of from some long lost relative….Best place to look for assistance is state of federal government sites…DO NOT expect to find a grant to pay your bills…reality check people…nobody is going to pay your bills for you. And realistically, unless you are dirt poor you arent going to qualify for most programs that are out there. If you have food in your belly and a roof over your head…you’re better off than some…and face it we all have a sob story. BE SMART, dont get suckered looking for an easy solution or FREE anything. What happened to common sense?? We’re all broke….but really, do you need help, or are you just looking for an easy out??? If you reading this, you can obviously afford internet service….so perhaps you arent so bad off after all???

Hi! I am Ruby, i purchased Kevin book on natural cures, they don’t want you to know about. It was a waste of my money, $30.00+. it contains a lot of wording but, very evasive, avoiding the answers,
I am not a skeptic BUT I can tell you that there are NO grants for individuals for ANYTHING. I carefully researched the government sites and found NOTHING. Most grants are for governments or educational institutions. DON’T buy grant applications or packages. They are rip offs. If anybody can prove me wrong, I’d love to hear from them with validation.
