I called 2 weeks ago and TRIED to order your book. I really want your book and I still have not received it.
I have thought much about contacting the Missosuri Attorney General. Why to begin with when I called I spoke with what seemed to be an oreintal person who was EXTREMELY RUDE. I told her I only wanted the book and she continued to tell me that I should buy the other products. She argued with me for 10 MINUTES!! I told her I could not aford the other products over and over again.
My concern is that the people that are calling this number in debt and need to not spend too much money and they are being PREYED upon by your company.
My phone number is xxx-xxx-xxxx. You will probably send me a form letter to my email. This is how I would expect a large company like yours to react.
