I called last night to order your book and after the sales rep tried to sell me 4 or 5 other programs I asked her “Aren’t all of these programs in “The Book”? After she composed herself enough to answer she admitted she “hadn’t read it yet”. On the infomercial you said the answer to my debt problems were in this book. Is this how we “get rich” by false advertising and taking advantage of low income individuals. If I had the extra money to spend on your programs, I doubt I would be on here. I felt the 29.95 was reasonable. The 11.95 to ship it not. We all want to pay off our debt. Why can’t it be done without feeling taken advantage of?
I have a lot of problems with some of the comments on this site. First off, I work in customer service for the Debt Cures book. The person that wrote in ,stating they work in the call center that sells ALL of KT’s products, is either fake or lying their butt off. There are 2 different companies ordering his books. 1 for Debt cures and 1 for Natural and Weight Loss Cures. The order takers for Debt Cures don’t even work in a call center, they are home agents. The information in the book is available all over the internet, but he took the time to compile it for easy reference. I listen to customers all day that call in to tell me they have used the book and has helped them. Granted it isn’t the Messiah like some people think it is, but it does work. As far as the customer complaining about getting his credit once it was returned, credit issuance depends on how fast the CUSTOMER sends the product back. Once the product is received back, credit is issued right away. We will even extend the 30 day money back guarantee if customers need more time. If this was a scam, why would we be so helpful?
My husband and I also was going to but a copy of your book. We also ended up not purchasing the book due to the shipping fee of $11.95. It was quite discouraging to think we had finally possible found a some to help with the solution of helping us resolve the debit issue and then to find out that it was just another way for someone to line there pockets with extra cash. I sent gifts to California that cost less then the shipping fee they wanted to charge me.
I am considering getting this book as well but the shipping fees are a bit high unless it is shipped 3-day. How about considering making it available via secure PDF over the internet and no fee. You can have a certificate server set up that would allow the user to read the book after purchase for the 30 days then you could send out a hardcover copy. The user could just use the free adobe reader for this.
Just a thought.
The 11.95 shipping also includes PROCESSING. Our warehouse people need to make a living as well. If you worked in our warehouse, would you want to make a decent wage??????
I am considering getting this book, I just hope it’s really worth it.
I purchased the cd with special shipping on jan 28 it is now 18 feb still have not received anything i call they tell me to call back on the 14 feb they will mail out some form i paid extra for shipping 89.00 dollars for anything then customer service talking about book something i didn’t order i order the talking cd but seem like customer will lied they mail it out on the 31 jan it dont take nothing during holiday to get around the world using my money getting interest i know you will say thats petty 89.00 dollars i dont have it give me a chance to do 10,000 people like that be fair do the right thing and dont try to rip me off on the news letter something i didnt get that suppose to be with the package i didnt received have already alert the credit card company because you know how to take money with out sending products i had problems with natural cures i like the books but you didnt come thru with newsletter i knew i should have stop messing with you then but i decided to give you another try and got burnt you have a good one talk back at me kevin not your desk worker you share the wealth partner your truly insider secret

regarding the people complaining about the shipping. I am sure it does not all go to Mr. Trudeau’s bank account. If you follow his teaching then that $11.95 will be returned 100X over, not a bad return on investment.

I am very disappointed with your marketing team.
I use to work for the postal service and I can not believe for ground package you are charging 11.95. Also ,,, my book supposedly shipped 03/03 and still has not arrived. the day that I ordered your book was the same day i ordered eddie baurer boots. In fact it was 2 days later to be exact. And my boots got to me usps ground (cheepest way to ship) and the big box came in 3 days. So what is the DELAY with 1 book.
YOu already have my money!!!!!! The whole reason I ordered this book was because I have court April 1st for a credit card debt that I paid most of it off and everything was going to finance charges.
Look I should not have to pay $9.00 extra to get a book to me by usps. Everybody knows that mail from within the US comes with in 3 to 5 business day at most………. So where is my BOOK?”?

I called to order this book this morning in the early hours of the morning and the female that took the order was a fast talking loan shark agent…I told her that I could only afford the book and she felt it necesary to try and charge my account for $104 which is clearly way over the book price then she gave me a 800 number to cancel the order and I called them and now he’s saying that he can not cancel the order and won’t receive anything for 25 48 hours…I AM SO OUT RAGED and I will never purchase anything from Kevin Trudeau or anyone else that has the same process of trying to SCAM me out of more money than I even have to give.if you don’t cancel this order I will have the bank to do so this is CRAZY..if I can only afford $29.95 why are you trying to charge me more and I would like Keven to personally give me a call….. I AM OUTRAGED………….and before today is over something will be done…………..

very interested in book
I was thinking of buying this book but decided against it after buying Natural and Weight loss cures. I was very disappointed with the latter. It contained information that I learned 20 yrs. ago and that is plastered all over the internet. It was all very basic common knowledge to anyone remotely interested in health. Complete waste of money unless you know zero about nutrition. This guy has great marketing secrets that he utilizes to sell very average “no-secret” filled products. I found out last time that that was the big secret Trudeau doesnt want you to know about. His infomercial on this new one almost has me wanting to check it out but between getting burned last time and the high shipping fee, I think Ill wait and pick it up in a garage sale later down the road if I happen across it.
